What You’ll Be Doing

The selected candidate will support project management activities on commercial construction assignments, working closely with project leaders to gain exposure to multiple parts of the construction process. The role is designed for someone who wants to build toward a future Project Manager track while contributing in a high-visibility environment.

Experience and Profile Sought

• At least 2 years of experience in construction with a general contractor
• Prior exposure to commercial or multifamily projects is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Excellent organization and follow-through
• Self-driven, professional, and interested in long-term development
• Candidates with steady work history and leadership potential will be especially competitive

Compensation

Salary can reach up to $115K+.
