Project implementation and management

  • Perform installation, configuration, migration, upgrades, and testing for software applications.
  • Make sure automated jobs and system integrations run properly, and take prompt action if any issues arise.
  • Keep system records accurate and ensure users are trained and handovers are completed for new implementations.
  • Work with support teams to test and deploy bug fixes, improvements, and patches into production.
