Role Overview
This position is for an Article in Chartered Accountancy, based in Mumbai Suburban. The role involves hands-on exposure to taxation, audit, regulatory filings, and certification assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle income tax return preparation and completion from start to finish.
- Prepare and submit quarterly TCS and TDS returns.
- Assist with statutory audits for private limited companies and closely held public companies.
- Support tax audit work under Section 44AB.
- Carry out MCA compliance-related tasks.
- Prepare and finalize GST returns within a limited scope.
- Support certification assignments such as RERA, Form 15CA, and Form 15CB.
Candidate Profile
The preferred applicant should have cleared both groups of Intermediate Chartered Accountancy.

Graduation is not required for this role.
