AI & Data Delivery Expert

Role overview

EJADA is seeking a seasoned AI & Data Delivery Expert to oversee the full lifecycle delivery of AI and data initiatives. This position focuses on taking projects from early planning through execution and final closure, while keeping timelines, budgets, quality standards, and business goals on track. The role also plays a key part in client satisfaction and in coordinating multiple workstreams at once.

What you will do

• Own the complete delivery cycle for AI and data projects, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk control.
• Build and maintain delivery plans, roadmaps, staffing plans, and execution approaches across Agile, Waterfall, or blended methods.
• Act as the main contact for clients and business stakeholders throughout the project.
• Coordinate and lead teams made up of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, ML Engineers, BI Developers, and Business Analysts.
• Track and resolve risks, dependencies, and issues in a proactive and timely manner.
• Make sure outputs satisfy business expectations, agreed acceptance criteria, and quality requirements.
• Oversee budgets, resource usage, forecasts, and overall delivery performance.
• Support stakeholder engagement, change adoption, training/knowledge transfer, and user adoption efforts.
• Help improve delivery governance, project frameworks, and project management standards and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in technology project or program delivery.
• Background in delivering AI, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Digital Transformation projects.
