Overview
This is a fully remote customer support position focused on delivering a smooth, positive experience for clients. The role suits someone who communicates well, stays organized, and enjoys helping people in a fast-moving online work environment. You will be the main contact for customer questions, support requests, and problem resolution, while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer questions received through email, chat, or phone and provide clear, correct information about products, services, and processes.
- Support customers in resolving common issues and troubleshooting problems, while identifying the cause and guiding them toward a solution.
- Escalate sensitive or more complex matters to the relevant internal team when needed.
- Record each interaction in the CRM or other support tools, monitor open cases, and follow up until the issue is resolved.
- Keep customer records accurate and current.
- Make sure replies and service levels align with company standards for quality and communication.
- Manage complaints with calmness, professionalism, and empathy.
- Look for repeated issues and help improve the support process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns effectively.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings, and stay informed about product updates, policies, and procedures.
