Role Overview
We are hiring a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join a fully distributed team focused on delivering consistently strong service and positive customer interactions. This role suits someone who enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, and can work efficiently in a digital, fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary contact for customers and respond to questions through email, chat, or phone.
- Share accurate guidance on products, services, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot common customer issues and help customers work toward a resolution.
- Recognize when cases need to be escalated and route them to the right internal team.
- Record customer interactions in CRM or support tools and keep case details current.
- Monitor open tickets and follow up until issues are resolved.
- Keep records organized and up to date.
- Ensure replies meet quality, tone, and service expectations.
- Handle concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Flag recurring problems so the support process can improve over time.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs.
- Join trainings and team meetings, and stay informed about product, policy, and process updates.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Calm, empathetic approach when dealing with customer concerns.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Comfort with basic computer use and everyday digital tools.
