Role overview
The Account Executive will handle routine accounting activities, support sales and collection tracking for a company-operated outlet, and assist with tax-related data preparation and monthly reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Enter daily financial transactions into the accounting system with accuracy.
- Track daily sales and collections from the COCO outlet.
- Handle vendor bills and payment requests for processing.
- Support GST data preparation and reconciliation work.
- Compile the monthly MIS report.
