Role overview
This position is for an Account Executive supporting the Talent Solutions business, with a focus on generating new opportunities in the Philippines market. The role centers on helping prospective customers use hiring and learning solutions effectively, building customer value, and creating growth through strategic selling.
The work arrangement is hybrid, with responsibilities performed partly from home and partly from a company office on selected days based on business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Consistently prospect to create a healthy sales pipeline and uncover new business opportunities.
- Design and run outbound sales approaches while also handling incoming inquiries.
- Use thoughtful, layered questioning to understand customer goals and pain points.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and keep the pipeline well organized.
- Frame recommendations around customer needs and solutions rather than only around products.
- Help customers reach decisions by building a shared vision and highlighting the value for all stakeholders involved.
- Apply commercial judgment and business understanding when preparing and negotiating deals.
- Use data and market insights to support proposals and address customer objections.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer value and support growth proactively.
- Stay open to support and collaboration when facing challenges.
- Manage territory and account planning, forecasting, and quota delivery with discipline.
- Use CRM systems and other sales tools according to established best practices.
Qualifications and experience
A minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience in a quota-carrying role is required.
Useful background includes experience with recruiting or HR software, SaaS offerings, and software contract terms and conditions. Strong deal negotiation and forecasting ability is important, along with the ability to identify, pursue, and close high-level business in a consultative sales environment. Candidates should be comfortable evaluating opportunities with data, persuading stakeholders, handling many prospects at once, and positioning products against direct and indirect competitors. Business development and partnership experience is also valued.
