Role overview
We are hiring multiple Account Executives for a fast-growing, venture-funded HealthTech company that is improving access to mental health support for young people across the United States. As the business expands, this role will help accelerate growth in New York while contributing directly to a mission that benefits students and families.
This position offers the chance to join an early-stage, ambitious organisation and play a meaningful part in building its commercial approach as it scales.
What you'll do
- Manage the complete sales process, from initial outreach to contract closure.
- Develop and maintain relationships with school counsellors, principals, district leaders, and other education decision-makers.
- Drive activity across a sizeable territory and continually create new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and product walkthroughs.
- Keep Salesforce records up to date and maintain reliable pipeline tracking and forecasting.
- Collect market intelligence and client feedback to inform product improvements and go-to-market strategy.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams as the company continues to expand.
What we're looking for
- 1 to 4 years of experience in a full-cycle sales position.
- A consistent record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
- Background in a startup, scale-up, SaaS, HealthTech, EdTech, or broader technology setting.
- Strong ability to prospect, build trust, and close deals.
- Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers.
- Experience handling your own pipeline and territory.
- Interest in mission-driven work and social impact.
Compensation and benefits
Base salary: $90,000 to $100,000.
On-target earnings: $130,000 to $150,000, plus equity.
Additional benefits include uncapped commission, equity participation, strong advancement potential, and a collaborative entrepreneurial environment.
Work location
This role is based in New York City and follows a hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the office. Some travel within the region will also be required.
