It is registered with the Government of India and operates from its head office in Jehanabad, Bihar. Its work includes recruitment for JEE, NEET, other competitive examinations, and school projects that integrate JEE and NEET coaching inside schools.
What you will do
- Reach out to teachers and faculty members from the given database by phone.
- Present available teaching roles, including compensation, locations, and role expectations.
- Respond to basic candidate questions about openings and the recruitment process.
- Maintain courteous and professional communication to build long-term candidate relationships.
- Carry out initial telephonic screening to evaluate subject knowledge, teaching background, present pay, expected pay, preferred locations, notice period, and willingness to attend demo classes.
- Filter and shortlist candidates according to client needs.
- Collect updated resumes from interested candidates.
- Check educational details, work experience, and contact information for accuracy.
- Ensure CVs are complete and properly formatted before sharing them further.
- Arrange interviews and demo classes with coaching institutes and schools.
- Share interview schedules through WhatsApp, email, or phone.
- Send reminders and coordinate timing between candidates and hiring partners.
