The team is looking for someone who is interested in fitness, wellness, skincare, and impactful digital storytelling, and who wants hands-on exposure to content creation in a science-driven brand environment.

Internship overview

This is a full-time, in-office internship in Kandivali East, Mumbai. Candidates must be able to commute every day and join right away. Remote or hybrid applicants are not suitable for this role.

What you will do

• Create engaging content around fitness, wellness, nutrition, and everyday lifestyle topics that informs and connects with health-conscious audiences.
• Keep track of current trends in fitness, wellness, and social media to produce timely, effective content for Instagram, YouTube, and other new platforms.
• Handle the complete content workflow from idea generation and shooting to editing and publishing videos, reels, and other digital assets.
• Work closely with the marketing, design, and healthcare teams to develop trustworthy, science-based content that supports engagement and brand visibility.
• Take responsibility for content initiatives that help establish a strong online presence and a distinct brand voice in the fitness and wellness space.
• Coordinate with creators, professionals, and partners to build content opportunities that support brand growth, community interaction, and collaborations.
• Contribute to the expansion of multiple health, wellness, and skincare brands through content that educates, engages, and strengthens community connection.

Who should apply

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, able to begin between 22 June 2026 and 27 July 2026, available for the full 3-month duration, and have relevant interests and skills.

Compensation and extras

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 10,000 to 15,000, along with a structured pay component that includes a fixed amount of ₹7,000 to ₹10,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹3,000 to ₹5,000 per month.

Additional benefits include a certificate, a letter of recommendation, an informal dress code, and free snacks and beverages.
