About Pizza Pilgrims

Pizza Pilgrims began in 2012, when Thom and James took a Piaggio Ape Tuk Tuk from Sicily to London on a mission to uncover the secrets of exceptional Italian pizza. What started as a market stall in Soho, with an oven fitted into the back of a van, later became their first pizzeria on Dean Street. Today, the business operates more than 20 award-winning pizzerias across the UK, runs daily training sessions through its Pizza Academy, and is proud to be a B Corp.

Role overview

As a waiter, you will help create memorable guest experiences and a lively pizzeria atmosphere. Your goal will be to make sure every customer leaves satisfied, well fed, and eager to come back.

What you will do

You will greet guests, take food and drink orders, serve pizzas, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining area.

Pay and benefits

The hourly rate is £12.71 plus tronc. The company also offers strong career progression, with five new pizzerias planned this year and next.

For full-time staff, holiday starts at 28 days per year and increases by one additional day for each year of service, up to five years. After five years, employees receive a paid four-week sabbatical on top of 33 days of holiday.
