Role overview

This is a remote project management opportunity for a candidate based in the United Arab Emirates. The role supports a fast-scaling digital academy that helps entrepreneurs create and grow trade-focused businesses. You will take responsibility for an existing online learning platform and help shape it into a stronger, more scalable education ecosystem with real commercial impact.

The position blends disciplined project execution with an entrepreneurial approach. You will help develop programs that guide learners through actual business setup and growth, while also improving operations, coordinating distributed teams, and influencing learner outcomes as well as business performance. The work is fully virtual and involves close collaboration with instructors, mentors, and other stakeholders across multiple areas of the academy.

Core accountabilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of the virtual business academy platform, from ongoing management to continuous improvement of the learner experience.
• Create and grow training offerings that help technicians and entrepreneurs launch and scale businesses across several home-service sectors.
• Organize, coordinate, and guide a remote team of instructors, mentors, and support staff to deliver strong educational outcomes.
• Improve enrollment, participation, retention, and business results through well-structured program enhancements and growth initiatives.
• Develop repeatable workflows, operating systems, and scalable processes that can support expansion into additional markets and regions.
• Track KPIs, turn data into actionable insights, and use those findings to drive improvements aligned with strategic goals.
• Ensure the academy’s day-to-day execution stays aligned with the broader business vision and long-term growth plans.

Experience and fit

The ideal candidate brings a background in project management or product management, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, business training, or digital learning. Strong remote leadership skills are important, along with the ability to motivate and scale distributed teams.

An entrepreneurial mindset is essential. Experience building or scaling digital products, business education programs, or similar initiatives will be valuable. You should also be comfortable working in fast-moving environments, managing stakeholders, and keeping multiple priorities on track from planning through delivery.

Experience in trade industries, vocational training, or practical business education is considered an advantage.
