Role Overview
The Territory Customer Executive role is focused on driving food service sales results by strengthening customer relationships, meeting targets within the assigned area, and supporting ongoing business growth with food service clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure products are sold according to the agreed pricing and approved commercial terms by tracking pending price approvals.
- Record daily customer visits and activity updates, then share end-of-day progress with the reporting manager.
- Check customer sales dashboards during market visits and act on the findings where needed.
- Work with internal teams to make sure product deliveries are arranged on schedule.
- Partner with finance and the line manager to keep customer collection status updated.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Applicants should have 1 to 2 years of experience in sales and customer service.
- Strong command of both English and Arabic is essential.
- Required capabilities include communication, selling, negotiation, problem-solving, basic computer use, and reporting.
