Role Summary
The Technician - QA role focuses on keeping cGMP standards consistently in place and supporting the batch release process through accurate document handling, coordination, and tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with cGMP requirements and help ensure they are followed effectively.
- Coordinate with the batch review team, including the receipt and distribution of batch files and tracker updates.
- Collect manufacturing documents from all Julphar sites.
- Receive packaging documents from the Physical Lab.
- Enter batch information into the release tracker.
- Work with Quality Control to obtain the COA before release.
- Compile manufacturing and packaging records for release processing.
- Hand over batch documents for archiving after release.
- Complete any additional duties assigned by the Team Leader or Manager, Batch Release.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- Strong expertise in SAP.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Word and Excel.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to work professionally and respectfully with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of reporting practices and record maintenance.
- Overall professional experience of 3 years.
