Role overview

As a Team Member, you will help prepare and serve fast, fresh Mexican food while delivering a warm customer experience. The role focuses on maintaining Zambrero’s service standards, accurate food preparation, hygiene, and restaurant cleanliness.

Key duties

• Provide consistently friendly service to every guest.
• Prepare menu items by following recipes and portion standards closely.
• Adjust food preparation to match customer demand across different meal periods.
• Follow food safety, handling, and sanitisation procedures at all times.
• Support cleaning routines for the kitchen, dining area, production spaces, and general restaurant.
• Assist with any other tasks needed to keep service running smoothly and ensure a positive customer experience.
