This opportunity is posted on behalf of a partner organization, which will handle all applications and subsequent hiring steps. The hiring company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner located in Germany for a high-impact, fully remote position.
The role centers on fast-moving, high-volume hiring across several business areas, including technical and professional positions. You will work closely with hiring managers as a trusted recruitment partner, keeping the end-to-end hiring process organized, efficient, and candidate-friendly. The environment is a dynamic SaaS setting where you will be expected to manage active requisitions, lead sourcing efforts, and keep talent pipelines advancing. This position suits an experienced recruiter who works well independently, builds strong relationships with stakeholders, and contributes to better recruitment processes, including the use of AI-enabled sourcing and screening methods.
Key accountabilities
- Take full ownership of assigned hiring processes from intake through offer stage for both technical and non-technical positions, with a focus on timely, quality hires.
- Run intake discussions with hiring managers to clarify role needs, define the ideal profile, and align on hiring timelines.
- Identify, source, screen, and engage candidates through proactive search methods and AI-supported recruiting tools.
- Oversee the candidate journey end to end, ensuring communication is clear, feedback is prompt, and the process remains consistent at every step.
- Handle interview coordination, including scheduling, ensuring panel alignment, and facilitating debriefs.
- Keep ATS data accurate and current, including candidate movement, feedback, and disposition notes.
- Work with hiring managers and talent acquisition leadership to prioritize requisitions and allocate workload effectively.
- Share regular pipeline status updates and hiring insights with stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment.
- Spot process issues and actively support ongoing improvements within the recruiting function.
Requirements
- At least 5 to 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS or technology-focused companies.
- Demonstrated success hiring for technical positions such as Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or other specialized roles.
- Experience handling several requisitions at once in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Strong sourcing expertise, including familiarity with modern recruiting tools, automation, or AI-assisted platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
- A highly self-directed working style with strong ownership and the ability to operate with limited supervision.
- Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday or similar systems would be beneficial.
- Comfort working across multiple functions beyond technical hiring when required.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities well.
- Previous experience in international recruiting environments is considered an advantage.
