Role Overview
Genesys is looking for a highly organized Talent Acquisition Administrator to support APAC hiring operations. This role suits someone who is detail-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. You will help create a smooth and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers while partnering closely with Talent Leaders and Talent Acquisition Partners on operational support.
What You Will Do
You will handle a broad mix of recruitment operations, coordination, documentation, and stakeholder support. The role also involves supporting strategic initiatives, improving processes, and helping the team work more efficiently across regions and time zones.
Talent Acquisition Operations and Support
- Oversee day-to-day operational support for APAC Talent Acquisition teams.
- Assist with internal recruitment processes and promote best practices.
- Contribute to process enhancements and employer branding activities.
- Support the Head of APAC Talent Acquisition and Talent Leads with operational work.
- Work with global teams on projects spanning different geographies and time zones.
- Create and maintain procedure documents for recruitment, engagement, and administrative workflows.
- Track and resolve operational tickets through Smartsheet.
- Handle vendor coordination and related activities.
- Manage purchase requests and supporting documentation for APAC teams.
AI and Recruitment Technology
- Work with TA leadership to identify ways AI can improve automation, reporting, and the candidate journey.
- Help prepare training content and documentation for AI and recruitment tools.
- Keep up with new AI developments in talent acquisition and suggest practical process improvements.
Events and Campus Engagement
- Support university hiring and talent outreach programs.
- Plan campus events, talent community activities, and career fairs.
- Coordinate the ordering and delivery of event supplies and branded merchandise.
- Prepare event codes so Findem campaigns can continue after events end.
- Partner with the APAC team on career events and community engagement efforts.
- Organize, monitor, and plan off-site events for the APAC Talent Acquisition team.
Systems, Reporting, and Documentation
- Maintain the Talent Acquisition documentation portal.
- Manage shared drives and ensure files and data remain accurate and well organized.
- Publish and track open roles on inclusive job boards and maintain proper application tracking.
- Publish and track open roles on LinkedIn.
- Use Workday and Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of administrative experience, ideally in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting with strong prioritization ability.
- Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System.
- Workday experience is an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience supporting cross-functional and global teams.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Experience handling confidential information responsibly.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- A professional, positive, customer-focused mindset.

- Previous support for regional or global Talent Acquisition teams is an advantage.
