Descrição da vaga
About the Role
As a SystemC Lead, you will help build next-generation embedded system solutions by creating virtual platforms that allow software teams to develop, verify, and validate much earlier than hardware availability. This role sits at the center of innovation, technical depth, and problem-solving.
What You Will Do
- Design and build C++ and SystemC-based TLM 2.0 models for CPUs, peripherals, and SoC subsystems.
- Improve simulation efficiency while keeping virtual testing both fast and accurate.
- Work closely with hardware, firmware, and software teams to define system-level specifications.
- Connect SystemC models with simulators such as QEMU, Synopsys Virtualizer, and similar industry tools.
- Contribute to industry working groups that help shape standards for virtual platform development.
- Guide and develop junior engineers to strengthen the team’s technical capability.
Required Technical Background
- Strong practical knowledge of SystemC and Transaction-Level Modeling (TLM 2.0).
- Excellent C/C++ programming ability with a solid grasp of object-oriented concepts.
- Experience working on embedded software or firmware development.
- Good understanding of SoC architecture, including CPU pipelines, GPUs, hardware accelerators, memory hierarchies, and bus protocols such as AXI, PCIe, and USB.
- Hands-on exposure to peripheral modeling, including timers, DMA controllers, and I/O controllers.
Preferred Exposure
- Experience creating virtual platforms for semiconductor organizations.
- Familiarity with QEMU, Synopsys Virtualizer, or comparable simulation platforms.
- Knowledge of hardware/software co-simulation approaches.
- Basic understanding of Verilog or SystemVerilog for interpreting hardware designs.
What Will Help You Succeed
- A strong problem-solving mindset for complex hardware-software interactions.
- An eye for simulation performance and optimization.
- Interest in virtual prototyping and emerging embedded technologies.
- Ability to mentor others and support team growth.
Career Value
This opportunity can help you become highly skilled in SystemC, virtual prototyping, and TLM modeling. You will gain exposure to real semiconductor R&D and work on advanced domains such as AI accelerators, automotive ECUs, and high-performance computing. The role also offers experience with global semiconductor leaders.
Eligibility
Any graduate can apply.
Location
Bangalore Rural, India.
Compensation
The offered pay is INR 22,50,000 to INR 25,00,000 per year.
