Supply Chain Specialist - Visual Document Understanding

About the Role

This remote contract position is focused on logistics and supply chain work involving visual document understanding. You will help assess how well AI systems interpret documents in this domain, while also contributing to the creation of high-quality evaluation tasks and benchmarks.

Role Overview

The assignment is centered on improving AI model performance through careful evaluation, task design, and rubric development. The work is fully remote and requires an estimated commitment of 15 to 20 hours per week.

Key Work Areas

• Review and judge the quality and completeness of AI outputs related to visual document understanding in logistics and supply chain scenarios.
• Create challenging, well-grounded tasks with clearly defined reference answers and objective scoring standards.
• Partner with AI research teams to help raise output quality and strengthen training data.
• Operate independently and communicate asynchronously while keeping pace with project timelines.
• Build evaluation rubrics and benchmark sets for measuring the performance of AI-generated tasks and responses.

Qualifications

• Deep familiarity with the logistics and supply chain domain.
• Practical ability to evaluate AI models and work with visual document interpretation tasks.
• Comfort working autonomously in a remote, collaborative environment.

Compensation

The role pays $50 per hour.
