Role overview
This is a W2 contract Supply Chain Analyst role based onsite in Plano, Texas, with pay in the range of $25 to $30 per hour.
What you will do
- Own the weekly CPFR cycle with designated key accounts.
- Prepare and share the weekly forecast covering both sell-in and sellout volumes.
- Maintain accurate order management data in SAP ERP.
- Spot mismatches in demand and supply forecasts and work to close those gaps.
- Lead weekly internal summaries for Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).
- Support daily S&OP escalation handling.
- Track and evaluate supply chain performance, including channel risk and shipping outcomes.
- Present updates and help build consensus with both internal teams and external partners.
- Work effectively in a multicultural business setting.
- Take on other related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Ability to learn and apply professional concepts while following company policies and procedures to handle routine issues.
- Suitable for work involving limited-scope problems and standard operating practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Good attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to document and record customer or client information accurately.
- Prior experience using common office software, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
