Supply Chain Analyst

Role overview

Tata Consultancy Services is hiring a Supply Chain Analyst in Los Angeles, CA to support purchase order activity, contract operations, and broader procurement-related business processes. The position is designed to grow into an end-to-end contract operations function, covering engagement setup, supplier contracting, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Core responsibilities

In this role, you will handle PO creation for assigned regions, work with a PO concierge agency on processing support, and follow up to close out operational issues tied to purchase orders. Over time, the role expands into contract operations across the full engagement lifecycle.

You will prepare and manage engagement forms, monitor contracts from initiation through closure, and keep track of status updates, risks, blockers, and timelines. The job also involves working closely with SSMs, CLEA, suppliers, legal, sourcing, and other stakeholders to keep work moving and reduce delays. Annual M&R contract support and renewals are part of the scope as well.

Operational governance is another key part of the position. You will help run prioritization discussions, balance requests and contract work across multiple streams, and align stakeholders on deadlines and dependencies.

Along with procurement support, you will contribute to reporting, analytics, and business support activities, while identifying process gaps, trends, and opportunities to improve operations.

Experience and skill expectations

The role calls for prior exposure to contract management, procurement operations, or business operations support. A solid understanding of the contract lifecycle is important, along with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal and external teams. Strong organization, careful documentation, issue tracking, and clear communication are essential.

Compensation and benefits

The annual pay range for this position is $110,000 to $120,000.
