Role Overview

This full-time Storekeeper position is based on-site in Doha, Qatar. The role centers on handling incoming goods, checking deliveries, placing materials in the correct storage areas, and keeping inventory records accurate. The position also supports internal material movement, outbound dispatch preparation, stock verification, discrepancy reporting, and coordination with purchasing and operations teams to keep supply flow steady.

Key Duties

• Accept, unload, and examine incoming materials and supplies.
• Confirm quantities received and make sure items are stored in the right locations.
• Keep stock records current and accurate at all times.
• Arrange, pack, and prepare materials for internal issue or dispatch.
• Carry out periodic inventory checks and flag shortages, excesses, or damaged items.
• Use forklifts or comparable material-handling equipment when needed and where permitted.
• Work closely with purchasing and operations teams to support smooth workflows.
• Follow safety rules and maintain clean, orderly storage areas.
• Help maintain stock levels so operations continue without disruption.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should have experience or knowledge in inventory control, stock management, and warehouse/store operations. A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is generally expected. Basic computer skills, especially with inventory or ERP tools, are important. Candidates should also be able to communicate effectively, work with attention to detail, follow safety procedures, and handle physical warehouse tasks.

Additional Requirements

Experience in storekeeping, logistics, or warehouse-related work is preferred. Forklift operation or other material-handling equipment skills are desirable, along with certification if it is required for the equipment used.
