Role overview

Key responsibilities
- Plan and implement sales targets and performance initiatives that support higher profitability.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate store staff to improve productivity and overall performance.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Manage stock levels and supervise day-to-day store operations.
Qualifications
- Completion of high school education or an equivalent level of experience.
- At least 2 years of experience managing a store.
- A positive, customer-first mindset.
