About the Role
Panda Restaurant Group is looking for a seasoned leader to take charge of a single store and help drive both team performance and guest satisfaction. What You’ll Be Responsible For
In this position, you will oversee day-to-day operations for one location. Your work will include hiring, supervising, and guiding associates, while keeping the store on track toward financial targets and delivering a strong guest experience.
To set you up for success, the company will provide an 8-week-or-longer store leadership training program.
Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this role is $32 to $35 per hour. Compensation within that range depends on factors such as work location and experience. Bonus opportunities may also be available, though no bonus is guaranteed.

Requirements
- A high school diploma is required
- You must be willing to work in a store located within a 50-mile radius
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends, is required
- ServeSafe certification is needed for food safety
Work Conditions
This role can involve working around hot counters, steam, and food vapors. The workspace is tight, and you may need to stand for long periods. Duties may also include preparing hot and cold food, using a Chinese-style kitchen knife and other equipment, moving quickly while staying accurate, lifting up to 50 lbs., standing up to four hours, and reaching across 36-inch counters to serve customers. Kitchens may be noisy, hot, and fast-paced, with limited storage and high shelving. Strong verbal communication, adaptability in changing situations, and conflict management skills are important.
