In this store management role, you will guide, coach, and develop a team that delivers outstanding customer service. You will spend time on the floor with team members and customers, helping ensure performance objectives and store priorities are met.

You will also be accountable for driving results in the key areas assigned to you, while partnering with colleagues to carry out strategy and support Apple’s broader goals.

Key duties

Your role will include leading a team and helping each person build skills, grow professionally, and meet both performance and development targets.

You will support recruiting, onboarding, training, development, and retention efforts for a diverse and high-performing team.

You will take an active floor leadership role by working alongside team members and customers, setting the standard for strong execution, and helping deliver excellent service.

You will handle customer and team concerns, including escalations, and collaborate with leadership or relevant business and people partners when needed.

You will improve store outcomes by planning and carrying out operational actions within your assigned functional areas to meet business goals.

You will follow company policies and procedures, while safeguarding company property and sensitive business, customer, employee, and financial information.

You may also be assigned additional tasks as required.

Candidate profile

The role requires strong English and local-language communication skills, both written and spoken.

You should already have experience leading others in retail, sales, or a similar field.
