About the Property

Role Overview
The stewarding team is seeking dependable, hands-on people to help keep kitchen operations running smoothly. This position focuses on cleanliness, order, and efficiency in back-of-house areas. It is well suited to someone who works hard, takes pride in spotless spaces, and enjoys supporting culinary teams behind the scenes.
Compensation
The pay rate for this position is $20.45 per hour.
Key Duties
- Ensure dishes, cutlery, and baking and buffet equipment are cleaned and ready for use.
- Use industrial cleaning equipment and tools to support stewarding operations.
- Maintain hygienic and well-organized dishwashing stations and nearby kitchen areas.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by culinary leaders such as CDPs, Sous Chefs, and Executive Chefs.
- Carry out routine cleaning work including mopping, sweeping, scrubbing, washing, and polishing.
- Be able to handle lifting requirements of approximately 20 to 30 lbs.
What You Bring
Experience in cleaning or food and beverage operations in a busy environment is helpful, though not mandatory. The role requires strong self-motivation, clear communication, and the physical ability to perform repetitive and demanding tasks such as pushing, pulling, bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
