Site Supervisor

Role Overview

We are looking for a Site Supervisor for a client project in Dubai. This position is suited to a professional with solid experience in UAE commercial interior fit-out site execution and coordination. The role centers on managing day-to-day site operations, guiding vendors and subcontractors, maintaining quality and safety standards, and helping deliver projects on schedule and within the expected quality level while coordinating closely with project teams, consultants, and clients.

What You Will Do

• Manage daily operations on commercial interior fit-out sites in the UAE, ensuring work follows drawings, specifications, quality benchmarks, and schedule commitments.
• Oversee site activity, including labour, subcontractors, and vendors, so that execution stays aligned with the project plan.
• Track progress, task completion, and work schedules, and share regular daily status updates with senior management and project managers.
• Work with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to support inspections, approvals, and milestone sign-offs.
• Make sure materials, tools, equipment, hardware, and related site items are available on time to avoid delays.
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure materials and other resources reach the site as required.
• Monitor workmanship, site safety, housekeeping, and correct production quantities on site.
• Support vendor coordination by helping assign work once quotations and approvals are in place, so resources are used efficiently.
• Participate in site and project meetings, provide clear progress reports, highlight blockers, and address project needs quickly.
• Escalate site issues through the proper escalation process and seek timely approval from senior management when required.
• Close snag items within agreed timelines while protecting project quality and client satisfaction.

Experience & Qualifications

The role calls for 3 to 4 years of relevant UAE experience in site supervision or execution, particularly in commercial interior fit-out projects. Background in commercial interiors, fit-out, turnkey delivery, or similar construction execution work in the UAE is important. The candidate should understand site drawings, measurements, material planning, and the basic sequence of commercial project execution.

You should be comfortable working directly with workers, subcontractors, vendors, logistics teams, and other project stakeholders in a fast-moving environment. Strong capability in day-to-day site control, schedule monitoring, quality assurance, and safety compliance is needed. Experience with snag closure, vendor follow-up, quotation collection, approval coordination, and work allocation is also expected. Good communication, reporting, and follow-up skills are essential for dealing with clients, consultants, and internal teams during inspections and approval cycles. The role requires the ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines while keeping workmanship, safety, cleanliness, and material standards high.
