Role Overview

Anastasia Beverly Hills is hiring a Salon Receptionist for its Beverly Hills salon. The ideal hire brings a genuine interest in people and service, along with prior retail experience. Success in this role depends on following salon standards consistently, being open to coaching from the Salon Manager, communicating clearly, and contributing to strong working relationships in an energetic, entrepreneurial setting.

Core Duties

  • Manage incoming calls and route them to the right person or department.
  • Schedule salon appointments for guests and confirm bookings with customers.
  • Process transactions related to customer services.
  • Welcome visitors and guide them to the correct station.
  • Support the salon with clerical and administrative work.
  • Receive and send packages and mail, including UPS and FedEx deliveries.
  • Keep the front desk area secure, tidy, and aligned with established procedures and regulations.
  • Support product sales for ABH items offered in the salon.
  • Provide a high level of client care throughout the visit.
  • Accept feedback professionally, whether positive or corrective.
  • Follow the ABH dress code at all times.
  • Offer refreshments to salon customers.
