About the role

Skavo Tech Solutions is looking for a Business Growth Associate in Nagpur to support business development, client engagement, and growth initiatives. This role is best suited for candidates based in Nagpur, as local applicants are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Find and pursue fresh business opportunities.
• Develop trusted, long-term relationships with clients.
• Study the market and evaluate competitors to spot growth possibilities.
• Create and execute plans that support revenue and expansion goals.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to help achieve targets.
• Draft proposals, build presentations, and prepare business-related reports.
• Contribute to sales performance and overall company growth by meeting targets.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or growth-focused roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills along with negotiation ability.
• Good grasp of sales approaches and customer relationship management.
• A proactive, goal-focused, and outcome-driven work style.
• Comfort with MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools will be an advantage.
