Retail Sales Executive

Role Overview

The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for presenting the store in a polished, professional manner while delivering excellent customer service, using strong product knowledge, and applying effective selling methods to meet monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay actively visible on the shop floor to support sales, provide attentive service, and respond to customer needs.
• Build strong customer relationships and use cross-selling and upselling techniques to improve product awareness and sales performance.
• Keep the store clean, organised, and well maintained throughout the day.
• Remain updated on products, promotions, advertising campaigns, and new arrivals.
• Follow the approved display and visual merchandising standards at all times.
• Help receive stock, replenish merchandise, and support product processing activities.
• Identify security concerns and theft-related situations quickly and handle them professionally.
• Follow company rules and procedures related to payments, exchanges, security measures, and loss prevention.
• Complete required training, register on training platforms, and keep all certificates current.
• Collect customer feedback, resolve complaints promptly, and escalate issues when necessary to uphold service quality.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma, or a Bachelor’s/Technical degree, is acceptable.
• No prior work experience is required.

This is a full-time onsite role based in Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The position focuses on maintaining strong sales performance while ensuring high standards of customer service, store presentation, and operational compliance.
