Role overview
Ahalia Medical Group is looking for a proactive, service-oriented Relationship Executive with a healthcare background to strengthen patient and client engagement at its Abu Dhabi facility.
What you will do
- Work with internal teams to keep service delivery coordinated, efficient, and on schedule.
- Handle interactions with patients and clients while maintaining a high standard of satisfaction.
- Respond to questions, suggestions, and complaints in a courteous and professional way.
- Help ensure day-to-day activities remain aligned with hospital rules and healthcare compliance requirements.
What the role calls for
- At least 2 years of experience in hospital or healthcare marketing, or a closely related area.
- A valid UAE driving licence is compulsory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with sound interpersonal ability.
- Capability in relationship handling and customer service.
- Preference will be given to candidates already based in the UAE.
