- Serve as the main internal contact for staff purchase requests across SEAO.
- Oversee the full order lifecycle for staff sales, from request through to fulfilment.
- Respond to questions from employees about inventory availability and delivery timing.
- Arrange stock movements between networks and markets so staff orders can be completed.

- Keep SAP records accurate so pricing, discounts, and shipping information are applied correctly.
- Partner with HQ on catalogue and pricing changes and ensure updates are reflected consistently across markets.
E-Commerce Sales Order Management
- Support daily ecommerce operations by managing delivery-related queries and ad hoc requests from CRC.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to help ensure shipments go out and arrive on time.
- Manage replenishment of packaging materials across markets based on local requirements.
- Track and coordinate stock transfers from other networks to support ecommerce firm orders.
- Raise purchase orders for HQ and follow through on delivery to ensure timely receipt in SEAO.
- Maintain accurate inventory across platforms, especially for markets using manual processes, to optimize website stock availability.
- Keep an eye on automated workflows and intervene early to avoid delays or operational issues.
Data Integrity and Reporting
- Maintain thorough records of all transactions and key operational metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly updates covering order volumes and the status of open orders.
- Spot operational bottlenecks and recommend ways to improve workflow efficiency.
Experience and Skills
You should bring 1 to 3 years of experience in ecommerce operations, supply chain, or a related field, ideally with regional responsibilities. Hands-on exposure to ERP tools such as SAP and ecommerce back-end systems will be a strong advantage. The role also calls for excellent organization, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, strong planning and time management, clear verbal and written communication, careful attention to detail, a structured approach to solving problems, resilience under pressure, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders from different functions.
