About the Role
Synechron is hiring a QA SDET for its Bengaluru location. This role focuses on building dependable test automation, partnering with teams across the delivery cycle, and helping ensure that software releases meet quality expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Build, maintain, and run automated test cases with Selenium WebDriver and Java to support reliable product releases.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand testing needs and shape detailed test plans.
- Use SQL queries to work with data sets and develop pipelines that help surface useful insights from large volumes of data.
- Contribute within Agile/Scrum delivery environments and help keep project execution on schedule.
- Investigate and resolve issues in automation frameworks such as TestNG and Cucumber.
What We’re Looking For
- Professional experience of 3 to 6 years in QA automation engineering or a closely related role.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java programming.
- Practical experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Cucumber, along with working knowledge of SQL.
- B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization is required.
