Role overview
BVG India is looking for a Project Technical Support - III professional to support a healthcare quality improvement project in Fatehgarh Sahib. The role involves on-ground supervision, coordination with field teams, training support, data handling, and regular reporting to the research and project stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Visit project sites in the field to observe activities and assess how quality improvement work is being implemented.
- Support and train healthcare staff so they can carry out project processes correctly.
- Gather, organize, and send project data and periodic reports to ICMR-NIE.
- Work closely with stakeholders and assist field teams in day-to-day execution.
- Take part in weekly review sessions and share progress updates on the project.
- Spot implementation issues or gaps and suggest practical corrective measures.
- Follow the required quality improvement protocols and ensure project compliance.
- Carry out any other project-related tasks assigned by the Principal Investigator and ICMR-NIE.
Additional information
Location: Fatehgarh Sahib, India
Salary: INR 3,50,000 to 3,75,000 per year.
