Role Overview

The General Assembly Helper supports the assembly team with day-to-day production activities. This includes arranging materials, getting components ready, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and assisting mechanical and electrical assemblers when required. Prior experience in an industrial setting is expected. The ideal candidate should be dependable, open to learning, able to follow directions, and careful about safety procedures. A cooperative mindset and positive working attitude are important.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the production plan and help the team meet output targets.
• Assist in completing assemblies to maintain product quality and yield.
• Follow AS9100 requirements in day-to-day work.
• Help maintain a safe, efficient, and lean manufacturing environment.
• Work with production and quality teams to identify and solve issues.

Requirements
