Work schedule and compensation

• The role requires 12-hour rotating day and night shifts on a continental schedule.
• Weekly hours are approximately 40 to 42.
• The pay rate is $36.33 per hour.
• The job offers a path to learn senior-level tasks, cover absences within the department, and progress into more advanced roles based on seniority.

Responsibilities

• Carry out physical production work in a manufacturing environment.
• Support operations involving large, complex industrial equipment.
• Provide relief coverage for absent team members when needed.
• Learn and take on more senior duties within the department over time.
• Advance into higher-responsibility roles as seniority increases.

Qualifications

• This role involves physical labour, standing throughout the day, and working in outdoor temperatures.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is required.
• Experience operating mobile equipment is needed.
• Ability to operate an overhead crane is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork skills are essential.
• A Grade 12 diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent communication skills, solid math ability, strong attention to detail, and a good work ethic are expected.
