Product Manager

About the Role

AKL Services Metz is hiring a strategic and customer-oriented Product Manager to guide products from early idea stage through to launch. The role is suited to someone who enjoys building solutions around customer needs, working across teams, and turning product strategy into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the product direction, build the roadmap, and ensure it supports both business goals and customer expectations.
• Carry out market research, speak with customers, and review competitors to identify opportunities and confirm product choices.
• Collect, organize, and prioritize requirements, user stories, and feature backlogs.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams across the full product lifecycle.
• Coordinate product releases and go-to-market plans to support strong adoption and outcomes.
• Track product performance, customer input, and key metrics, then use those insights to improve the product continuously.
• Create business cases, product-related documents, and executive-level presentations to support planning and decision-making.
• Represent the customer perspective by converting feedback and insights into meaningful product improvements.

• Good understanding of the product lifecycle and Agile working methods.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and sound judgment.
• Clear communication, confident presentation skills, and solid stakeholder management.
• Experience collaborating with multiple teams in fast-moving environments.
• Comfort with data and the ability to weigh customer needs against business priorities.
