Role Overview

An opportunity is available for an energetic junior procurement professional to support a client’s purchasing and vendor management activities. The position is based in Jeddah and is suited to someone eager to build a career in procurement while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review supplier submissions and support the preparation of contract-related documents.
• Study purchasing information, monitor supplier results, and look for opportunities to reduce costs.
• Contribute to improving and simplifying procurement processes.
• Support the management of vendor relationships and ongoing supplier coordination.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations teams to anticipate demand and future requirements.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
• 0–1 year of experience is expected; recent graduates with relevant internship exposure are encouraged to apply.
