President / General Manager

About the Role

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished President / General Manager to oversee a business unit inside a private equity-supported company. The position calls for ownership of strategy, day-to-day execution, financial outcomes, and scalable growth, in close coordination with the executive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of the P&L, including revenue, profitability, and overall business results.
• Design and implement strategic plans that enable durable, long-term expansion.
• Direct cross-functional groups spanning Operations, Sales, Finance, Product, and other core functions.
• Advance market growth, improve operating efficiency, and support business integration efforts.
• Recruit, strengthen, and lead a high-performing leadership bench.
• Provide updates on performance and strategic progress to executive leadership and other important stakeholders.

Qualifications

• More than 20 years of leadership experience at the executive or general management level.
• Prior experience serving as a President, General Manager, or comparable senior leader with full P&L accountability.
• A strong record of delivering growth in high-growth environments or private equity-backed businesses.
• Deep leadership exposure across operations, commercial, and finance disciplines.
• Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Must be located in the United States and available to travel as needed.

Compensation

• Base salary in the range of USD 325,000 to USD 575,000.
