Role Overview

The Placement Officer will support employer outreach, student placements, and coordination across Bangalore, Mysore, and Malur in Karnataka. The position is full-time and offers an annual CTC of ₹3.0 to ₹3.6 LPA, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain productive relationships with HR teams, employers, and industry contacts.
  • Carry out regular field visits for HR discussions, employer outreach, industry interactions, and property-related visits.
  • Source job openings and help match students and job seekers with suitable placement opportunities.
  • Arrange interviews, hiring drives, and recruitment activities with employer partners.
  • Guide students through the placement journey, including onboarding support and follow-up after placement.
  • Resolve workplace concerns raised by students by coordinating with employers and ensuring issues are addressed promptly.
  • Plan and execute employer engagement activities, networking meets, and industry connect sessions.
  • Monitor placements, retention, employer responses, and maintain accurate MIS and placement documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet placement goals and strengthen employer relationships.

Eligibility

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline and bring 1 to 3 years of experience in placement, recruitment, HR, employer engagement, business development, or a similar area.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential. Proficiency in spoken and written Kannada, Hindi, and English is mandatory. Applicants should also be comfortable using MS Office and Google Workspace, and be willing to travel frequently for field meetings and employer interactions. A two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
