Role Overview
This is an urgent opening for an outbound telecalling role with Vibrant Infocom Pvt. Ltd. The position is based in Mukundapur, Kolkata, and falls under BPO telecalling operations.
Job Details
Selected candidates will handle outbound calling tasks as part of the process. The role is full-time and requires in-office work at the listed Kolkata location.
Eligibility and Experience
Applicants should be graduates or have passed higher secondary (HS). A minimum of 6 months of experience in either a calling process or sales process is required.
Skills and Language Requirements
Candidates must be comfortable communicating in both Hindi and English. Basic computer knowledge is required, along with the ability to read and pronounce English accurately.
Working Schedule
The workday runs from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The job follows a 6-day working pattern with Sunday as the fixed weekly off.
Compensation and Statutory Benefits
The salary offered is up to 17,000 per month. No PF or ESIC benefits are included with this role.
