Role overview
This full-time leadership position is based in London, UK, within the Logistics & Operations department. The role is focused on driving operational excellence across the organisation by strengthening systems, refining processes, and supporting dependable service delivery.
Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between £60,000 and £80,000.
Responsibilities
- Shape and steer the organisation’s operational strategy and long-term planning.
- Review current systems and improve processes to boost efficiency and consistency.
- Lead operational teams and manage budgetary responsibility.
- Safeguard service standards while enhancing overall operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- A master’s degree in Operations Management, Business, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 8 years of senior-level experience in operations.
- Proven ability in process optimisation and operational leadership.
