Role Overview

The Houston office is looking for an Operations Data Administrator who can turn data into practical insights that support better business decisions. This position centers on documenting, organizing, locating, and working with data from multiple systems while helping internal teams and stakeholders keep daily operations running smoothly. The role also supports the collection center by maintaining data quality, generating insights, and helping guide operational policies.

Core Responsibilities

  • Collect and maintain information from both primary and secondary sources.
  • Review large and complex datasets to spot patterns, trends, and inconsistencies.
  • Use data analysis to produce practical recommendations and insights.
  • Prepare production reports for operational use.

Experience and Technical Expectations

  • Working knowledge of statistics and hands-on experience with statistical tools for dataset analysis.
  • Intermediate Excel capability, including Power Query, PivotTables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and related formulas.
  • Ability to work with data models, database structure, data mining, data validation, data transformation, and segmentation methods.
  • Skill in turning findings into charts, graphs, and dashboards.
