Role Overview

This position supports day-to-day office and administrative operations in a hospitality environment. The role focuses on maintaining smooth communication flow, handling documents and guest-related information accurately, and supporting the team with dependable administrative coordination.

Key Duties

  • Sort and route incoming fax messages to the right team members and guests.
  • Keep office devices functioning properly by troubleshooting issues and coordinating with service providers when repairs are needed, while also confirming the issue has been resolved.
  • Send documents and information through computer systems, postal mail, or fax.
  • Use computer databases to enter, review, and update records, files, reservations, and guest inquiries.
  • Operate standard non-computer office equipment as needed.

  • Act as a role model and initial point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
