Role Overview

We are hiring immediately for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I in Niagara Falls, NY. In this role, you will help keep store operations running by handling maintenance and repair needs, including work on equipment such as beverage and food machines, ice makers, and fuel dispensers.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls for minor repairs on a broad range of in-store equipment.
• Take care of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance-related work orders.
• Track parts inventory and prepare daily reports to support smooth operations.
• Support other level I technicians through training and peer assistance.
• Set priorities for incoming work and complete basic maintenance tasks on structures as needed.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in general repairs and maintenance.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership and provide peer-to-peer technical support.
• Strong communication, time management, and ownership of assigned locations.
• Comfort handling stretch assignments and varied maintenance responsibilities.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $26.00 to $28.00 per hour. This range is provided in good faith for this posting and may be adjusted in the future. Any bonus, commission, long-term incentive, or other benefits remain at the company’s discretion unless and until they are earned and paid in accordance with applicable policies and law.
