Role overview
A leading warranty and indemnity insurance underwriter in Frankfurt is seeking an Analyst to join its expanding team. The position is designed for someone with early-stage mergers and acquisitions exposure who wants to move into a transaction-driven insurance environment.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will collaborate with deal teams to review transaction risk and contribute to underwriting decisions on complex M&A matters.
What they’re looking for
The ideal candidate will bring 6 to 12 months of M&A-related experience, along with a strong academic track record from a top university. A background in Law, Accountancy, Investment Banking, or Private Equity is relevant, whether through study or work experience. Strong analytical ability and clear communication are essential.
