About the Company
EZO is a fast-growing EV charging provider building dependable, scalable charging networks across Ireland, the UK, and wider Europe. With a growing commercial footprint and strong partnerships, the company supports the shift to electric mobility through technology-led, customer-focused solutions.
Role Overview
This position is for a commercially aware Marketing Executive who will help deliver CRM-driven campaigns across the UK and Ireland. The role combines practical campaign delivery with CRM development, with a strong emphasis on gaining experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will contribute to targeted communications, stronger customer engagement, and the continued improvement of how CRM supports the wider business. The role works closely with the Head of Marketing & Partnerships and the commercial team.
Core Duties
- Support the daily operation and ongoing enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Create and run email campaigns, customer journeys, and automated workflows.
- Develop customer segments to enable more targeted communication.
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM records and help improve data quality.
- Review campaign results and refine activity based on insights.
- Plan and deliver campaigns across email, digital channels, and customer communications.
- Support campaign activity in both UK and Ireland markets.
- Take campaigns from setup through reporting while meeting KPI targets.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align messaging, audience selection, and timing.
- Assist with everyday marketing tasks and campaign coordination.
- Work alongside sales and customer teams on engagement and communication activity.
- Support content development and creation of campaign assets where needed.
- Help with site launches, promotions, and other customer-facing initiatives.
- Keep campaign schedules up to date and ensure work is delivered on time.
- Monitor campaign performance and report on core metrics.
- Use CRM and campaign data to spot opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to a more data-led approach to marketing execution.
Experience and Skills Needed
The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing or a CRM-related role, with solid hands-on exposure to a CRM platform such as Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Salesforce, or a similar system. Experience running email campaigns and customer communications is essential, along with knowledge of segmentation, targeting, and campaign setup. Strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle several projects at once are important, as is confidence in reviewing campaign performance and sharing results.
Desirable Experience
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred, as is prior work in the UK and/or Ireland markets. Familiarity with marketing automation or analytics tools, and exposure to integrated marketing campaigns, will be an advantage.
Personal Attributes
You should be proactive, comfortable owning campaign delivery, highly detail-oriented, and able to work well with different teams. A genuine interest in growing your skills in CRM and marketing is also important.
Why This Role Stands Out
This opportunity offers practical, hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, ownership of commercially meaningful campaigns, involvement across the full campaign lifecycle in the UK and Ireland, and a clear path toward a more senior CRM or marketing position.
