Core Responsibilities

The role requires hands-on Oracle Fusion technical expertise across SaaS and PaaS implementation work, along with close collaboration with functional teams and client stakeholders. It also involves solution troubleshooting, testing, mentoring, and contributing through the full development lifecycle.

• Lead or contribute to Oracle ERP/Fusion SaaS and PaaS implementation projects in a technical developer capacity.
• Have completed at least two end-to-end Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations.
• Work with Oracle Cloud/Fusion database structures and technical components.
• Develop and support BI Publisher reports, FBDI, OTBI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions.
• Use strong Oracle Database skills, including SQL and PL/SQL.
• Provide technical support and resolve issues in Oracle Fusion applications.
• Partner with functional consultants so that technical deliverables align with business needs.
• Create and execute test plans to validate the quality of technical solutions.
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Stay current with Oracle innovations and recommend suitable technology improvements to clients.
• Contribute to project planning by sharing input on timelines and budgets.
• Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience is required.
• Strong background in Oracle Fusion technical work is mandatory.
• Experience in Oracle ERP/Fusion SaaS/PaaS implementation projects is essential.
• Hands-on exposure to BI Publisher, FBDI, OTBI, and Oracle Integration Cloud is needed.
• Solid understanding of Oracle database structures, SQL, and PL/SQL is required.
• Must have completed a minimum of two Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations.
• B.Tech or MBA qualification is required.
