Linen Porter

Role overview

Champneys Eastwell Manor is hiring a full-time Linen Porter to help keep laundry and linen areas organised, clean and fully stocked. This role supports a smooth guest experience by making sure towels, robes and other linen items are always available, well maintained and presented to a high standard.

What you will do

• Gather, move and count linen across the property.
• Check that all linen is cleaned to a very high standard and displayed neatly.
• Work closely with the Housekeeping, Spa and Wellbeing, and Fitness teams to keep stock levels right and remove soiled items from their areas.
• Monitor supplies and make sure enough linen is on hand for all areas that need it.
• Offer helpful customer service and guide guests when needed.
• Support the wider housekeeping team with room cleaning or public-area cleaning when required.

Pay

Salary is up to £12.71 per hour, plus service charge.
